At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Primrose Suit  experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Late Cancellations

If you need to cancel, and we understand it happens. Please give us a 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in a $25.00 charge. This policy helps us make sure we have enough room for other bookings.
An appointment made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be allowed to cancel up to 4 hours before the appointment time without a late charge cancellation.

Please be on time. We realize unexpected things happen throughout the day, but we also want to ensure full attention and commitments to our next client. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to re-schedule you to another time.

Primrose Suit was built on world-class customer service and our performance guarantee. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your service. We are here to meet and hopefully exceed all expectations. If you are not satisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to have you back for a complimentary “re-do” so that you leave feeling happy and confident. All “re-do’s” must be scheduled within 3 days of the service and there will no refunds issued on services.
We are proud of our industry-leading products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But unfortunately, we will be unable to refund products that have been “opened”.

Other Policies

Color Correction

Color correction prices vary due to multiple color processes and a longer appointment time. Prices will be provided by your colorist during your consultation. A $25 deposit will be required upon scheduling your appointment.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We care.  Want to make sure you are totally happy with your purchase. Product returns must happen within 14 days of purchase, be accompanied by a store receipt and the product must unopened. If you paid by credit card, you may receive a credit on your card. NO CASH BACK will be given for any returns, under any circumstances.

Missed Appointments

After “no show” or missed appointments may be charged a $25.00 fee to the credit card on file. We have other great clients like yourself that could have enjoyed those appointment times and need to ensure availability.

Fera is originally from Iran, where she started her beauty career years ago. She brings a wealth of experience as a hairstylist, but her talents also extend to threading, waxing and facials. Fera is inspired by her clients’ enjoyment and confidence they show once she gives them the hair they love. When she’s not doing hair, Fera enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children.
